Recycled plastic, collected from waste streams in Ghana

El-ham Tabsoba’s figurative paintings examine how people are shaped by place, memory, consumption and the environments they inherit. Working through oil, texture and, when the work calls for it, recycled plastic from Ghanaian waste streams, she brings human experience and material history into the same surface.
